I hope I wont be harming the sale of the book by discussing it so elaborately, or earn the anger of the writer/publisher.
Well, not too many people read my blog so….
The first rule in “48 laws of power” is a very intelligent warning for sure, a very common thing with talented people who for monetary reasons serve lacklustre patrons.
It is always good for one’s own pocket if these talented people always use their talent to throw light on their patrons, after all, those who know their talent will never mistake their talent for anything less than it actually it is, may think their intelligency as humillity, that they are highlighting someone else in place of bragging their own expertise.
If you outshine someone upon whom you depend or your welfare depends things may take an awry turn. Robert has discussed this topic so thoroughly that you will be amazed by the depth of this discussion.
