seven sentence story dues of devil

7sentence story

I have to write something for this blog that is a bit different from Thoughts- my story blog, yet it is story like.

here is my new take, seven sentence stories… you are free to join in. if the picture or the story intrigues you… you can stretch it to 700 sentences if you want :)

Dues of devil

He thought that he was the big cheese- demanded everyone’s obedience, why because he was a magician, who could distort, twist reality to his own whim and fancies!

He had only one desire he wanted to rule this world, without a single voice against him.

He did whatever he wanted for a long long time!

That night he went to sleep, smug and happy, he slept rolling on his soft bed like a pig rolls in mud then it went freezing.

He woke up and discovered himself rolling on the wet floor of a hut in the middle of nowhere!

“Where am I?” he shouted, “Who dared to bring me here?”

“You are in hell my boy, and I am devil, I came by to collect my dues!”

  1. That’s what pride will get you. I like your stories like this; short and pithy. There’s a story that Jesus told in the Bible similar to that, about a man who was well off and was planning his future out, but then died that night. Jesus called him a fool. :)
